With over 29 years of experience, Col. Sandhya has held prominent roles in healthcare administration, including her tenure at Batra Hospital and Medical Research Centre, New Delhi. She hold a Master’s in Hospital Administration with a focus on International Business & Hospital Operations.

Throughout her career, She has received several notable recognitions, including the Best National Transplant Coordinator Award at the NATCO Conference 2018 and the Swami Narayan Award. In 2021, She was honored with the Asia Pacific Excellence Award for Super Woman Achiever.

She was also credited with creating India’s longest green corridor in 2017, facilitating the transport of a heart from Army Hospital (RR) to Chennai Global. Recently, in October 2023, She received the Presidential Citation by the Society of Neuro Critical Care for my contributions to the field.
