Delete Your Account – SimPoint App

This page is for users of the SimPoint App by Vidyanta Technologies.

How to Delete Your Account from the App:

1. Open the SimPoint App on your mobile phone.
2. Go to the More section from the bottom menu.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
5. Tap on Delete My Account.
6. Confirm your choice by tapping Yes, Delete.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system within 24 hours.

What Data Will Be Deleted:

• Your Name
• Email Address or Phone Number
• Profile Picture
• Login Credentials
• Activity and usage data

Data Retention Policy:

We do not retain any personal data after your account is deleted. System logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, but they are anonymized and cannot be linked to your identity.
