Module: Personal Protective Equipment


In this module, you will gain an understanding of the various aspects of Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) including:

  • Indications
  • Donning of PPE
  • Doffing of PPE

This module covers key topics such as donning and doffing procedures, the appropriate use of gloves, gowns, masks, face shields, and caps, as well as strategies to prevent cross-contamination. This module provides an interactive and effective way to educate nurses on the proper selection, use, and disposal of PPE in accordance with infection control guidelines.
