Col. Binu Sharma has over four decades of experience in nursing, serving in both the Armed Forces and the private healthcare sector. She began her career in Armed Forces Hospitals (1980-2002), later becoming Chief Nursing Officer at Max Healthcare (2002-2007) and Senior Vice President of Nursing Services at Columbia Asia Group (2007-2021). Since 2021, she has been the Senior Director of Nursing at Max Healthcare Institute Limited.
She holds advanced qualifications from the Armed Forces Medical Services Board and Singapore General Hospital in Cardio Thoracic Nursing.
Her awards include the Nursing Icon Award (2024), Top Healthcare Leader Award (2024), and the Mother Teresa Memorial National Award (2021).
