The NABH standard requires various documentation. The complete, accurate, efficient set of hospital documents will assist in an effective accreditation process. The management, human resource team and Quality Team is responsible for providing the following documents in a timely manner for accreditation.
- Sample NABH Manual for hospitals
- Sample Hospital procedures including procedure for management Systems and Health and Safety
- Standard Operating Procedures to follow while implementing system as per NABH chapter wise standard wise details
- Consent forms
- Legal affiliations and licenses
- Employee personal files
- Set of standard blank forms and system formats to fill up records and learn system requirements.
- NABH Audit checklists, which used to verify implemented hospital accreditation system
