The General Duty Assistant/Nursing Assistant qualification consist of competencies that a student must achieve to provide care and support to clients who have alterations in health and who require assistance in activities of daily living. Individuals with this qualification generally will be employed in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics or the home setting. In the institutional setting, they usually work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

 17 to 35 years

Home Health Aide is responsible to monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise. Supports patients in daily care activity such as feeding, walking, changing positions, administering medicines and exercise.Enables patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition; providing support and personal services; teaching families.
