Simulation Specialist in Nursing – Madhya Pradesh
April 24, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
The use of simulation-based education as an instructional strategy can enhance patient safety and optimize outcomes, providing a means of allowing nursing students to “practice” critical thinking, clinical decision making, and psychomotor skills in a safe, controlled environment, without potential risk to a live patient.
The simulation method allows nursing students to repeatedly practice their clinical skills until they develop a sense of proficiency; to learn at their own pace; and to freely make mistakes. Simulation is an educational process that can replicate clinical practices in a safe environment.
The course will guide the nursing faculty: teaching through simulation, designing simulations congruent with the curriculum, promoting reflection and debriefing, evaluating performance, OSCE assessment and providing feedback.
We invite two (2) faculty members from your esteemed institution for this course to promote our nursing education pattern and bring the change according to growing medical technology and new nursing syllabus.
