Being prepared means being equipped with the proper supplies for first aid which you may need in the event of an emergency at any time. Keep your supplies in an easy-to-carry first aid kit. Injuries are not always inescapable. Preparing and following established safety precautions can reduce risk, prevent injuries and save lives. Rural properties must be prepared for emergencies. Being well-prepared with emergency plans and equipment will ensure that the potential harm to people will be minimized.
