This lesson covers the first chapter of NABH standards “Access, Assessment and Continuity of Care”. This chapter includes the protocols for services that the organization provides, in-patient patient and outpatient services, transfers protocols and discharge protocols. This chapter focuses on well-defined continuity of care from admission to transfer or discharge of the patient.
