This lesson covers the first chapter of NABH standards “Access, Assessment and Continuity of Care”. This chapter includes the protocols for services that the organization provides, in-patient patient and outpatient services, transfers protocols and discharge protocols. This chapter focuses on well-defined continuity of care from admission to transfer or discharge of the patient. 

At the end of the lesson you will be able to understand:

  10. Quality assurance program for imaging services
  11. Safety program in the imaging services
  12. Documented discharge process
