Since CVD is one of the leading causes of death in the world, cardiovascular intensive care refers to special systemic management for patients with severe cardiovascular disease (CVD). In this lesson, we will learn about the care of patients in an ICU with the heart diseases, include coronary artery diseases (CAD), such as angina and myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, heart arrhythmia, hypertensive heart disease, and valvular heart disease.
